When using premade layouts from the site
You must leave the credit, i hate people who think ‘they didn’t do much, it’s not that hard i’m sure they won’t mind’ well i do!! so stop thinking i don’t!!

Premade layouts are one of the more important things on my site, they take alot of time and we make them in our own spare time. If you don’t credit me it’s steeling and if it continues i won’t be making them anymore, i can’t stand people who think they can just get away with it! you must leave the credit on!
The second thing is DON’T EDIT THE IMAGE!! like don’t put your name across it to make it seem like it really is yours. Premade layouts made by me are called premade for a reason. If however you want your name put across it by me well no can do, i don’t do layouts for people’s site ’spercifically’ so don’t ask.
Don’t mess with the html then ask me 5 minutes later why the text is off the screen or why the image has gone. I won’t help you if it was delibrate! i will however if it was accidental, and i can tell if it was on perpose or not. Do not redistribute the layout, under any circumstances! Redistributing a layout is basically advertising my layout on your site as a piece of graphics for other people who visit. These are my graphics redistributing graphics is illigal! and against the terms of useage

Using brushes from the site
If you use a brush on a premade of your site layout and it was a brush from my site then you MUST credit this site. I created those brushes on photoshop, under any circumstance you must credit me if the brush was from my site. If you know someone who is redistrebuting graphics then report them and they will be delt with!
When using my brushes
Ok to be fair, there are rules when using them and for what purpose you use them. I do not like people making premades for money when using my brushes on their premades. If you are selling your premades and using my brushes on them that means you are illegally selling products without consent from me! I don’t like people making money off using my brushes IN ANY WAY. if you are selling my brushes woah THAT IS CROSSING THE LINE 100%. No one should be sad enough to be selling others content that is lower then low. If you have intent to sell or have sold i could easily have your site perminately shut down and worse.
When using my brushes you should always link back to the site and credit me. There is no way you could forget because i purposely put a narcissus brush with a link in with stamps. So there is no way you could forget - therefore anyone with that excuse…is stupid to expect me to believe it.
